Who we are
This policy explains how ProSaaSLinks ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit prosaaslinks.com, contact us or work with us. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy at business@prosaaslinks.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, country, website and your message.
- Client and project information. If you become a client or partner, we keep the details needed to deliver the work, such as target pages, site lists, reports, invoices and our emails with you.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers record standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it and our legal bases
- To reply to your enquiry and send a link plan or quote you asked for (steps you requested before a contract).
- To deliver services and manage our client relationship (performance of a contract).
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems (our legitimate interests).
- To keep records we must keep, such as invoices (legal obligation).
- To measure how the site is used, once analytics is in place, as described below (consent where the law requires it).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similar effects on you.
Contact forms
Our forms are built with the WPForms plugin for WordPress. Form entries are stored in our WordPress database and sent to our business inbox so we can reply. We only use them to answer you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.
Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum.
- Performance and caching. Our site uses the LiteSpeed Cache plugin to load pages faster. It may set technical cookies (for example
_lscache_vary) so the right version of a page is served, mainly to logged-in users. These cookies are strictly necessary and do not track you across sites. - WordPress cookies. WordPress sets cookies only when someone logs in to the site's admin area.
- Analytics (planned). We plan to use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. When we add it, we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before any analytics cookies are set. You will be able to change your choice at any time.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share data with
- Hosting. The website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf to run the site.
- Email and productivity tools we use to reply to you and manage projects.
- Google, if and when Google Analytics 4 is enabled as described above.
- Publishers, only where needed for your campaign, for example your website URL and the article content. We do not share your contact details with publishers without telling you.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data protection law applies, we rely on the safeguards the provider offers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not become work for up to 24 months, then delete them. We keep client records for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UK and EU GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email business@prosaaslinks.com and we will reply within the time the law requires. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site, keep our software updated and limit access to personal data to people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
