About these terms

These terms apply when you use prosaaslinks.com or order services from ProSaaSLinks ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you agree a written proposal or order with us, its specific terms (scope, price, timing, payment and any replacement terms) apply together with these terms; if they conflict, the written order wins.

Our services

We provide link building, content writing, publisher outreach and white-label link building for SaaS and B2B companies and agencies. Each order describes what we will deliver. We will tell you before you order if we cannot find suitable sites for your niche.

Site approval and content

We send you a list of proposed sites, and we only use sites you approve. You are responsible for checking that the target pages, anchors and any content you supply are accurate and lawful, and that you have the right to use them. Final publication decisions, edits and link attributes on third-party sites are controlled by the publisher.

No ranking guarantee

Search engines decide rankings using many factors we do not control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or any specific search result. Third-party scores such as DR are estimates from SEO tools, not search engine metrics.

Search engine guidelines

We follow publishers' link policies and tell you each link's attribute before you approve a site. Where a placement is paid, the publisher may mark the link as sponsored or nofollow, in line with search engine guidelines.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page or in your written quote. Payment terms are set out in your order. We may pause work on unpaid orders. Prices may change for new orders; we will not change the price of an order you have already paid for.

Links on third-party sites

Links are published on websites we do not own. We report every live link and check them regularly. If a publisher removes or changes a link, our response is set out in the replacement terms of your order. We are not responsible for changes a publisher makes outside our control beyond what your order states.

Cancellation

You can stop future work by telling us in writing. Work already completed or in progress at that point is payable. Links already live stay live; their removal by a publisher is outside our control.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information and, for agencies, your clients' identities confidential, and we will sign an NDA on request.

Website use and content

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. The text, design and images on this site belong to ProSaaSLinks unless stated otherwise. Our guides are general information, not legal or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost rankings, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, applies to new orders from that date.
